Our Returns Policy
Whilst we hope you love your Carouse purchase, if you do wish to return your order, there are a few things you need to know…
- Returned product(s) must be unopened, undamaged and with the tamper seal completely in tact. We cannot accept any opened bottles.
- You must let us know within 14 days of receiving the items that you wish to make a return.
- You are responsible for ensuring the products return safely to us and you will be required to cover the cost of shipping.
- To start the returns process, please email info@drinkcarouse.com with the subject line RETURNS and include your order number, proof of purchase and contact details. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your order, it’ll be inspected by a member of our team. If it meets the requirements stated above, then we will process your refund back to your original method of payment (which you should receive within 14 working days).
