We want you to enjoy CAROUSE as quickly as possible and orders placed between Monday - Friday are usually packed and shipped within 24 hours. Once your order is placed, you will receive an update with a tracking number as soon as it’s available.

Shipping charges will be calculated / displayed at checkout and we aim to deliver between 3 - 4 working days.

Although every effort has been made to ensure our messages avoid spam / junk folders, we cannot guarantee they will, so please check these after your order has been placed.

Any orders placed on or before 20th December will guarantee Christmas delivery.

Orders placed after 20th December will not be processed and sent out for delivery until the 27th of December.

Orders placed from 28th December onwards will not be processed and sent out for delivery until 2nd January.
