Indulge in Delight: CAROUSE Raspberry Hot Chocolate Recipe

With the release of the new Wonka movie, we just had to give Timothee Chalamet a run for his money with this one…

At this time of year, there’s something comforting about a cup of hot chocolate, and when you combine it with our signature flavour DRIFT - it’s a match made in heaven.

Whether you're seeking solace on a chilly winter evening or looking to add a touch of luxury to your day, the CAROUSE Raspberry Hot Chocolate is the perfect treat. It’s creamy, indulgent and can easily be made vegan!

Here’s the recipe…

Ingredients:
• 25 ml CAROUSE DRIFT
• 1 cup milk or plant-alternative
• 2-3 tsp hot chocolate powder
• 12 ml raspberry syrup
• Whipped cream
• 2-3 raspberries
• 3-4 pieces of chocolate

Method:
• Start with a cup of your favourite hot chocolate, we made ours using oat milk but any milk
or plant based alternative works well.
• Add the raspberry syrup and CAROUSE DRIFT - you can use either ready made syrup or make
your own by simmering 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 water and a handful of raspberries together then
straining the seeds out.
• Stir together, before topping it off with a spoonful (or few!) of freshly whipped cream, some
raspberries and chocolate shavings.
